EACH order is eligible for a single free return or exchange. An additional return from the same order incurs a $20 fee ( Comprising a $15 logistics fee and a $5 quality inspection fee). If your package includes multiple items for return, it is highly recommended to send them back together. The return window for all items in a multi-package order begins from the delivery date of the final package.
